He gets us involved in wasting our time and resources in things that lead us away from improving our lives and developing our talents. He blurs our focus by diverting our attention. We must stay attentive to the purpose of our life on earth. It is so easy to get distracted yet it is critical to our salvation that we remain focused. Here are three specific ideas to help us remain focused.
• Set aside a quiet moment in your day, every day, for personal study and revelation.
• Pray for the Spirit to get you back on track when you start to drift or get discouraged.
• Listen when the Prophet speaks: attend the Relief Society Broadcast on September 26th.
Our allotment of time here on earth is short, let us strive to make the most of it!
